  Today was yet another great day here at Valley Companies - members of the VC family, including some young folks of future VC generations, joined the St. Croix Valley Food Bank and the Hudson Backpack Program to help package, distribute and load food into vehicles for those in need. After a successful 2021 season, the Retherford boys are getting ready to hit the race track in 2022! The Valley Companies team is extremely proud and honored that these boys are showing our logo on their race cars! We can't wait to see how this year goes and see the trophies pile up! We were so happy to be able to help the St. Croix Therapy team in outfitting their new office space with furniture! They have a fantastic mission to help children in the St. Croix Valley area and we’re honored to be a part of that!  

A couple of the VC elves delivered the toys we collected for the Minnesota Trucking Association (MTA) Trucks & Toys drive! This vehicle was literally packed to the front with donated toys. VC continued its annual tradition of participating in and sponsoring the Tee It Up for the Troops golf event at Troy Burne Golf Club in Hudson, Wisconsin. The Tee It Up program supports our military veterans and their families, as soldiers are actively serving our country, or if they come home injured and need time for recovery. The team at VC made over 80 Valentine's Day cards for the residents at Red Cedar Canyon Senior Living in Hudson, Wisconsin! Members of our VC to the Core team made the special delivery in hopes that it brings smiles to the residents' faces and helps to brighten their day! Way to go Team VC!

In January, we had over 50 VC employees and their friends and family sign up to pack meals for the Feed My Starving Children organization.  With a help from other groups and a little healthy competition, we ended up packing enough meals in 2 hours to feed over 170 kids for a whole year! To continue making Christmas a little brighter for others, we collected food for a local food shelf in Oakdale, MN and rang bells for the Salvation Army at Fleet Farm in Hudson, WI.  This was our first year doing a food drive and we filled our giant stocking and then some with food for CCEFS. […]

Every year, we participate in the Minnesota Trucking Association’s Trucks & Toys Drive.  We had fun going out and getting toys for multiple charities across Minnesota to give to less fortunate families, so their children could have a wonderful Christmas.
