It was another toasty day on the patio at the Valley office, but that didn't stop us from having fun! We were honored to host the Hudson Fire Department crew at your weekly cookout, and we had some delicious celebratory cake for their 150th anniversary of serving the Hudson community! Last week we participated in our second volunteer shift with the St. Croix Valley Food Bank, and we totally rocked it! We filled 300 boxes of meals in 42 minutes and prepped over 150 boxes for the next volunteer shift; it was a great day! Last month, we were honored to volunteer with the St. Croix Valley Habitat for Humanity program and assist in their current home build in New Richmond, Wisconsin. Members of the VC family helped with all sorts of projects, including painting and staining, installing flooring, building wall backsplash in the kitchen, laying out the garage foundation, installing bathroom fixtures, installing appliances, and so much more!   We all learned a lot and had a great time [...]

This past weekend members of the VC family came out to support the Raider Golf Gallery fundraiser, an event that raises funds for the boy's and girls' golf teams at Hudson High School! The weather held out and made for a pretty fantastic day on the golf course; we are very proud to support these young athletes in our community! Go, Raiders!

It was the perfect chilly day to be inside and volunteer with the St. Croix Valley Food Bank! Members of the Valley Companies family packed boxes of meals for families in the St. Croix Valley area, and in just under two hours, we packed over 350 boxes! The impact that the Food Bank is making on our community is indescribable, and we were honored to be a part of it!

The VC elves were hard at work last night as they took over our local Target store to purchase holiday gifts for families through Operation HELP, a program in the St. Croix Valley area that helps families in need. This year Valley Companies is sponsoring five families in our community, with a total of 19 children, and we're helping to bring some extra cheer to their holiday this season! We packed 100 boxes that contained 21,600 individual meals that will feed 59 children in Haiti for the next year - it's amazing the impact that can be made in just a few hours!   Today was yet another great day here at Valley Companies - members of the VC family, including some young folks of future VC generations, joined the St. Croix Valley Food Bank and the Hudson Backpack Program to help package, distribute and load food into vehicles for those in need. After a successful 2021 season, the Retherford boys are getting ready to hit the race track in 2022! The Valley Companies team is extremely proud and honored that these boys are showing our logo on their race cars! We can't wait to see how this year goes and see the trophies pile up! We were so happy to be able to help the St. Croix Therapy team in outfitting their new office space with furniture! They have a fantastic mission to help children in the St. Croix Valley area and we’re honored to be a part of that!
